RETURNS
You can return your item(s) for a refund within 14 days of receiving them. For an exchange, please return the unwanted item(s) and make a new purchase for the preferred item.
Please email us to notify us of a return.
- Please use the returns address label provided.
- Allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed once it is received.
- Keep the tracking number safe so you can quote it if necessary.
- Include your dispatch note marked with the items being returned if you have one.
If for any reason you no longer have the return address label, please contact our customer service team at info@studiowylder.com.
Made to order items are non-refundable. The only exception being if the item is faulty. If an item is faulty please contact our customer services team on info@studiowylder.com.
All items must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition, which means being unused with swing tags attached and in the original packaging. STUDIO WYLDER reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be re-saleable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please note that certain products cannot be returned for reasons of health & hygiene e.g. pierced products such as earrings.
